Jeff Henderson – Owner

Jeff Henderson is the Founder and President of DC Hiring Pro, a unique hiring service for Chiropractors who want to remove hiring headaches, avoid costly hiring mistakes …or just get better performance from their current staff.

Prior to becoming a hiring expert, Jeff was the managing director of one of the largest direct-sales organizations in America doing over 25 million in sales. Jeff has also consulted many small business owners around the country and has more than 20 years of first-hand experience in hiring, coaching, training and leadership development.

Jeff was first introduced to the Hiring MRI through a family member who was asked to complete the short exercise before being considered for an important position in a large company.  His brother couldn’t believe what the interviewer knew about him.  He had taken assessments before (DISC, Kolby, etc.) but this was very different. It was as though the interviewer had known him his entire life!

After learning more about it, Jeff knew he needed to bring this valuable tool to his own company.  The tool was so valuable, Jeff decided to help other business owners who want to block bad hires or improve personal or staff performance.

Jeff has been trained in this predictive science by one of only 8 Master Certified Consultants in the world and has become a sought after expert on hiring and people-performance.  DC Hiring Pro is dedicated to helping Chiropractors like you avoid the costs of bad hires and the headaches of the hiring process.

Jeff holds a B.A. with honors from N.C. State University and an M.B.A. from Duke University. He lives in Raleigh, N.C. with his wife and 4 children.

"...find the right person on the first try"

As a busy foot and ankle surgeon I often use MRIs to help me get to the root of a patients pain. It gives me the ability to look under the skin at see what is really going on. It shows me what may not be apparent with my exam and x-rays. I am usually very confident about my ability to diagnose problems. Sometimes the MRI confirms what I already know. Sometimes I am surprised by what I find.
